Terms of Service
These are the rules that govern your use of Bryom. We've written them in plain language so you can actually understand them.

Using Bryom
By downloading or using Bryom, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bryom.
Bryom is provided free of charge with optional premium features. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Core functionality will always remain free.
Your account
You can use Bryom without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use someone else's account.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent — we cannot recover your data after this.
Your content
Everything you create in Bryom — tasks, habit lists, mood logs, notes — belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to your content. We access it only to provide the service (for example, syncing across devices).
You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Bryom's systems
- Use Bryom for any unlawful purpose
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Bryom
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@bryom.app.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Bryom available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We won't remove core functionality without giving you time to export your data.
Limitation of liability
Bryom is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bryom is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and arbitration if necessary.
